REPAIRS.
At City Goldsmiths we offer a first class jewellery repair service. Repairs are undertaken by skilled craftsmen in our own workshop and are usually completed within four to five days with a "same day service" on minor alterations. All repairs come with a 12 month guarantee.
INSURANCE QUOTATIONS AND REPLACEMENTS
We offer free itemised estimates for insurance replacement and we are authorised by some of the leading insurers to supply replacement items direct to policy holders.

STONE REPLACEMENT
We hold in stock a large selection of precious and semi-precious stone in all shapes, sizes and colours. If we do not hold a suitable stone in stock then we can offer a stone cutting and trimming service to your requirements.

JEWELLERY CLEANING
We offer a lifetime cleaning, polishing and inspection policy on all items purchased from City Goldsmiths, so that your jewellery looks as it was when you first bought it.

DIAMOND SERVICE
There is no finer expression of your love than the giving of a Diamond. Which is why City Goldsmiths take great care to ensure that the Diamond you select is perfect for the special person you present it to. Please ask for our free leaflet explaining the 4 Cs - Colour, Clarity, Carat and Cut. All Diamond jewellery items come with a 10 year guarantee.

ENGRAVING
The ancient art of engraving is still available at City Goldsmiths. By adding your own message a gift becomes even more special. We offer a free engraving service on items purchased from ourselves in many different styles . We also have machine engraving facilities for multiples and trophies.

JEWELLERY DESIGN SERVICE
Our jewellery design service is complimentary, giving you a chance to design your own exclusive piece, and then to have your ideas turned into a unique jewellery item created by our own skilled craftsmen. We can also redesign your old jewellery into something more up-to-date and to your own taste.

PEARL & BEAD RETHREADING
We offer an in house rethreading service on pearls and beads. Using the finest silk thread in a variety of colours have your broken rows cleaned, regarded and rethreaded. We have a large selection of clasps and fasteners in base metal, silver and gold- either plain or stone set.

SILVERWARE REPAIRS & REPLATING
Has the plating worn off of that favourite knife, fork or spoon ? We can put that right ! We offer a full guaranteed 5 year re-plating service on Electro Plated Nickel Silver items from a thimble right up to large trophies and gallery trays. We can also make repairs to Silverware before re-plating.

GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING
City Goldsmiths boxes are top quality navy blue leatherette with a gold trim around the lid, lined inside with a pure white felt to give the maximum focus on the item you select.
To make your jewellery buying easier, please ask for our free gift wrapping service. We will wrap your item in quality paper and bows complete with a gift tag for that very special message.

FREE POSTAGE AND PACKAGING OFFER
We offer free insured postage and packaging on all orders over £100. Orders less than £100 will be subject to an extra charge of £2.75 P & P.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you should change your mind about your purchase we will be happy to refund the cost of your good, within fourteen days of purchase. Simply return the goods, receipt and the original packaging to us.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to make refunds on earrings. Items which we have engraved or personalised or show signs of wear and tear are also excluded.
